At Connot Auto Care, you'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus a productivity bonus, giving you consistent base pay with the opportunity to earn more as you produce.

You'll work Monday–Friday alongside experienced ASE Master Technicians while continuing to build your diagnostic and repair skills.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
• Perform maintenance and general mechanical repairs
• Diagnose electrical, A/C, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Complete engine, transmission, suspension, and steering repairs
• Perform light-duty diesel repairs as needed
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using AutoVitals
• Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment

What We're Looking For

• Professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle systems
• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own professional automotive tools
• AutoVitals/DVI experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred

Compensation within the stated range is based on relevant experience, certifications, demonstrated skills, productivity, and the employer's approved pay structure.
