Promotive is hiring experienced A Level Automotive Technicians for a well-equipped, well-run shop in North Royalton, OH. This is a Monday–Friday role (yes, your weekends are protected), offering flat-rate pay based on actual skill — not your tolerance for chaos.

A Level Automotive Technician
You’re the one they call when the simple fix didn’t fix it. If it involves advanced diagnostics, deep electrical issues, or that mysterious intermittent problem that only happens when the customer drives it — you’re the solution.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-level diagnostics on drivability, electrical, and complex performance concerns
Handle engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and HVAC repairs with precision
Conduct advanced testing (pressure tests, leak-down, voltage drop — you know the drill)
Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment without sacrificing quality
Support and mentor other technicians when needed
Keep your bay organized (cleaner than your garage at home — we won’t check)
Compensation
Flat Rate: $40.00 – $55.00/hr based on experience, diagnostic ability, and overall skill level
