A-Level Automotive Technician

Location: North Chesterfield, VA
Pay: $40–$50/hr + Productivity Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No Weekends • Never Flat Rate

Required Qualifications

• Virginia State Inspection License (Required)
• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to service a wide range of makes and models
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced A-Level Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and enjoys working in a professional, supportive environment. You'll perform a mix of:

• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• General automotive repair
• Fleet maintenance and repair
• EV service and repair
• Preventive maintenance
• Luxury and import vehicle service
