You’ll be stepping into a shop with structure, accountability, and a real plan — not chaos.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, complex issues)
• Handle major repairs (engine, transmission, in-depth system work)
• Support and mentor B- and C-level technicians
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality control on jobs
• Maintain strong productivity (target: 35–45+ billable hours/week)
• Work closely with service advisors to solve problems the right way

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive experience
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical + drivability required)
• State inspection license (required)
• Emissions license (required)
• Proven ability to handle complex repairs independently
• Leadership mindset — someone others can rely on
• Team player with a professional attitude

Nice to Have

• ASE certifications
• Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
• Familiarity with Tekmetric or similar systems
