Are you a high-performing Automotive Technician looking for a shop where you can focus on fixing vehicles instead of dealing with paperwork, parts ordering, or estimates? We are seeking an experienced A-Level or Strong B-Level Technician to join our growing team in Austin, TX.

Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$50 Flat Rate (based on experience, skill level, and productivity)
- Guaranteed $750 per week
- Productivity incentives paid on top of the guarantee

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Schedule includes every other Saturday
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of makes and models
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
- Handle repairs from start to finish
- Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
- Collaborate with a supportive service team
What You Won't Do
Our technicians can focus on repairs because they are not responsible for:
- Ordering parts
- Writing estimates
- Service advising duties
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- A-Level or Strong B-Level technician skillset
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity
- Experience working on domestic and import vehicles
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
