Pay Rate:

• A-Level: $32-$46/hour / Earning Potential: $66,000-$131,000 annually
• B-Level: $25-$32/hour / Earning Potential: $52,000-$91,000 annually

Introduction

We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a respected, family-owned automotive repair and tire shop in Newton, New Jersey. This high-volume facility offers consistent workflow, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, company-paid training, and excellent benefits while servicing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics, mechanical repairs, maintenance, steering, suspension, brake, tire, and alignment services based on experience level.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through quality control.
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• A-Level: 5+ years of automotive repair experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• B-Level: 3+ years of automotive repair experience with strong mechanical repair skills.
• Experience performing steering, suspension, brake, tire, and alignment services.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship.

A-Level Technician: $32-$46 per hour /Typical overtime of 5-10 hours per week

• Annual earning potential of $66,000-$131,000

B-Level Technician: $25-$32 per hour / Typical overtime of 5-10 hours per week

• Annual earning potential of $52,000-$91,000
