Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour
Pay Type: Hourly + Production Pay

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (A or High B Level - THREE OPEN POSITIONS) to join a well-established independent repair shop in St. Louis Park, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong diagnostic and bumper-to-bumper repair experience who is looking to earn up to $45/hour while working a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models.
• Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, engine, and general mechanical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools and testing equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete factory maintenance services, inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle findings with Service Advisors and teammates.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience required.
• Low A-Level or High B-Level Automotive Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to perform bumper-to-bumper repairs independently.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using diagnostic scan tools and repair equipment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
