Automotive Technician – Toyota & Lexus Specialist | $27.50–$43.00 Flat Rate + Bonuses | No Weekends

Location: Decatur, GA or Johns Creek/Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Two Shift Schedule)
Pay Rate: $27.50–$43.00 Flat Rate (Based on Experience)
Pay Type: Flat Rate + Production Bonuses
Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with strong Toyota and Lexus experience to join a growing, high-performing independent repair facility in the Atlanta metro area. Whether you're a seasoned diagnostic expert looking to lead a team or a highly productive technician focused on turning hours, this is an opportunity to build your career in a shop dedicated exclusively to Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
  • Perform mechanical repairs, scheduled maintenance, and advanced diagnostics.
  • Utilize factory and aftermarket scan tools to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns.
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures using OEM parts and factory-approved equipment.
  • Complete digital vehicle inspections and repair documentation using ShopWare.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle findings and repair recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional work area.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional automotive technician experience.
  • Strong experience servicing Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
  • Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience working in either a dealership or independent repair environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly for technicians interested in leadership opportunities.
  • Own professional automotive hand tools appropriate for the position.

  • Flat Rate Pay: $27.50–$43.00 per flagged hour, based on experience.
