About the Opportunity

Honest-1 Auto Care is looking for an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and dependable customer service.

This is an opportunity for an ASE Master Certified technician to join a professional automotive team and put advanced diagnostic and repair skills to work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, works well with teammates, and is committed to providing a positive experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the root cause of mechanical and automotive issues
• Perform automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic services accurately and efficiently
• Complete diagnostic testing and work with current automotive technology and repair information
• Explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostic and repair work
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and industry practices
• Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining high standards for quality and safety

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Master Certification
• Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional approach to working with customers and fellow team members

Schedule Flexibility

Our standard schedule is a 5-day work week with no weekends. For the right technician, we may also be open to discussing a consistent three-day schedule, depending on experience, availability, and the needs of the shop.
