Pay Rate: $25.00-$38.00/hour + Production Bonus

Introduction
We are seeking A Level and B Level Automotive Technicians in Stewartsville, NJ with professional experience servicing European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with hourly pay ranging from $25.00-$38.00 based on experience, plus a tiered production bonus. Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles
- Diagnose drivability, engine performance, and electrical concerns using modern OBD-II scanners and testing equipment
- Service and repair braking, steering, suspension, engine, cooling, and drivetrain systems
- Complete routine maintenance, oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections
- Perform digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric and document findings and repair recommendations accurately
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to support an efficient repair process
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in paid technical training
- Domestic: 25% of vehicles serviced
- Asian: 50% of vehicles serviced
- Euro: 25% of vehicles serviced
Qualifications
- Professional hands-on experience servicing and repairing European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles is required
- A Level candidates: 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- A Level candidates must be able to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- B-Level candidates: 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience with maintenance, brakes, suspension, steering, tire services, alignments, and general mechanical repairs
- Light diagnostic experience is preferred for B-Level candidates, along with a desire to continue developing diagnostic skills
- ASE Certifications are preferred; reimbursement is available after successful completion
- Dealership and independent repair experience are both welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- A Level Technician: $35.00-$38.00/hour based on experience
- B Level Technician: $25.00-$30.00/hour based on experience
- Tiered production bonus of up to $5.00 per billed hour added to the hourly rate
