Responsibilities:

• -Communicate vehicle concerns to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM)
• -Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle concerns
• -Ride along with customers if the problem persists
• -Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
• -Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and general work area
• -Achieve hourly goals
• -Work closely with the parts and service departments
• -Ensure quality work
• -Demonstrate a "servant's heart" by creating unique and personalized experiences

Requirements:

• -High school diploma
• -Technical school training
• -ASE certifications are preferred
• -Professional appearance and communication
• -Genuine desire to serve
• -Ability to multitask
• -Desire for long-term career development
