Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Avon, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing automotive repairs, inspections, maintenance, and diagnostics. This position requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform automotive inspections, repairs, and maintenance services
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using proper testing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems and components
• Perform preventative maintenance and service procedures
• Replace, repair, and install automotive parts as needed
• Follow repair procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance requirements
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to use hand tools and automotive equipment safely
• Must be reliable and able to maintain good attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a shop environment for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and equipment as needed
• Comfortable working with various tools and machinery

Schedule

Monday Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
