B Level Automotive Technician – FOUR Day Work Week!!!

Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Potential Earnings: Up to $100K+ Annually

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring a skilled B Level Automotive Technician for a well-established independent repair shop in Harrisburg, PA. Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
• Complete brake, steering, suspension, and general mechanical repairs
• Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document findings using digital inspection software
• Utilize scan tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure quality customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Assist in mentoring and supporting apprentice-level technicians as needed
• Follow ASE-certified repair procedures and shop quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
• Strong understanding of brakes, steering, suspension, and general repair work
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills required
• ASE Certifications preferred or willingness to obtain certifications
• Pennsylvania State Inspection License REQUIRED
• Experience using scan tools and digital vehicle inspection systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continue learning

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay plus production bonuses - $20 – $25/hr Base + Production Bonuses
• Production incentives:
  • +$1/hr at 80% productivity
  • +$3/hr at 90% productivity
  • +$5/hr at 100% productivity
  • +$8/hr at 110% productivity
• Potential Earnings: Up to $100K+ Annually
