Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and document repair recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Some diagnostic experience.
- Ability to complete repairs independently.
- Proven ability to consistently produce 40–50 flagged hours per week.
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Demonstrated history of quality workmanship and productivity.
- European vehicle experience is a plus.
