We are seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established, family-owned independent repair shop that has been serving its community since 1980. Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance services and recommended repairs.
- Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate repair needs clearly.
- Help mentor and support developing technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience performing automotive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- B-Level or strong C-Level automotive technician experience.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills.
- Interest in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $16–$20 per hour
- Production bonus plan
- Opportunity to earn up to $59 per flat-rate hour based on production
