C Level Automotive Technician – $20-$24/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Depending on Experience - Production Bonuses Offered

Promotive is hiring a C Level Automotive Technician in Ottsville, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician with at least two years of automotive repair experience who is ready to continue developing their skills in a well-established, family-oriented independent repair shop. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a clean, climate-controlled facility equipped with modern diagnostic technology while servicing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacement, fluid top-offs, and tire rotations.
- Complete brake inspections and basic brake repair services.
- Perform tire mounting, tire balancing, tire repair, and other tire services.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
- Assist with basic repairs on braking systems, suspension systems, and steering systems.
- Utilize Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software to document vehicle conditions and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with senior technicians and service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and repair quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience.
- Independent repair shop experience preferred, but dealership used-car reconditioning experience will be considered.
- Ability to perform oil changes, brake services, tire services, and basic vehicle maintenance independently.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic automotive tools required.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- State inspection license is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience.
- Production Bonus You'll receive a guaranteed 40 hours of pay each week, even if you produce fewer than 40 billed hours.
- Produce more than 40 hours, and you'll earn a production bonus based on the additional hours you flag.
