General Service / C Level Automotive Technician – $25–$30/hr – No Weekends

Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Experience Required: 2–5+ years

Position Summary

We are hiring a General Service / C Level Automotive Technician for a well-established, high-performing shop in Hatfield, PA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering competitive hourly pay, strong benefits, and a clean, professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Complete brake repairs, suspension work, and basic mechanical repairs
• Assist with inspections and identify additional service needs
• Support A-Level/Master Technicians with more advanced diagnostics and repairs
• Perform Pennsylvania State Inspections (or willingness to obtain)
• Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using tablets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow proper repair procedures and ensure quality workmanship

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or general service technician
• Solid understanding of basic automotive systems (brakes, suspension, maintenance)
• Desire to learn and grow into a higher-level technician role
• ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
• PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits
