Bill Harris CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service team.

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of vehicles while delivering quality work efficiently.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Multi-point inspections
• Electrical and mechanical diagnosis
• Brake, steering, and suspension repairs
• Engine performance and drivability repairs
• Cooling system and HVAC repairs
• Preventative maintenance and routine services
• Warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Identifying additional repair needs
• Completing repairs accurately and efficiently
• Performing quality-control checks on completed work

You don't have to know everything on day one. We’ll provide training and support to help you continue developing your skills.

• Experienced in automotive repair
• Comfortable diagnosing and repairing vehicles independently
• Productive and motivated
• Dependable and committed to showing up and getting the job done
• Focused on quality—not just speed
• A team player who is willing to help others
• Interested in continuing to learn and improve
• Able to maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record

CDJR/dealership experience is a plus, but we're willing to consider strong independent-shop technicians who have the right skills and attitude.

ASE certifications are appreciated but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$28–$32 Flat Rate per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and productivity.

With consistent workflow and the right level of productivity, $100,000+ annual earning potential is achievable.
