Mass Diesel Performance is seeking a motivated Automotive Technician specializing in gas, light-duty diesel, or both. Join our clean, climate-controlled shop and work on routine maintenance, diagnostics, general repairs, and performance upgrades—from mild to wild.
Schedule & Employment:
Full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends required; overtime available but optional
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair gas and diesel engines
Run and interpret diagnostic tests using factory and aftermarket equipment
Write detailed inspection reports and repair plans
Collaborate with fellow techs to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs
Stay updated with industry best practices and manufacturer updates
Qualifications:
Automotive experience required; diesel or gas engine experience preferred
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
General techs eager to grow in diesel or performance repair
