Pay: $30–$35/hr + 1% commission of total work performed + overtime | Full-time

What You’ll Do
You’ll own your bay and take responsibility for the quality of your work from diagnosis to completion.
You’ll:
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, emissions, and A/C concerns
- Perform thorough inspections instead of focusing only on the original complaint
- Use diagnostic equipment and scan data correctly
- Identify root causes instead of guessing or replacing parts unnecessarily
- Inspect related systems and identify additional issues
- Document your findings clearly
- Communicate with the service team so repairs and recommendations are understood
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive bay
- Take ownership when something goes wrong
No guessing.
No unnecessary parts swapping.

No sending a vehicle out “mostly fixed.”
That’s the standard.
What We Require
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic experience—not just R&R
- Experience diagnosing electrical, drivability, emissions, and A/C concerns
- Ability to properly interpret diagnostic trouble codes
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
- Ability to diagnose before replacing parts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to manage time, workflow, and productivity
- Clear communication with the service team
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Long-term career mindset

What You’ll Earn
- $30–$35/hr based on experience and skill
- 1% commission of total work performed
- Overtime pay available when needed
