Responsibilities:

• Perform alignments, oil changes, brake jobs, etc. on various vehicles.
  
  
• Perform tire rotations and replacements to ensure optimal tire performance.
  
  
• Identify upselling opportunities such as air filters, wiper blades, alignments, etc. 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tire, lube, or mechanical technician or in a similar role is preferred. 

• Ability to use tire machines and tools effectively and safely.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  
  
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
