What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles while delivering the quality workmanship our customers expect.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems
• Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs
• Stay current on manufacturer technical information and repair procedures
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality standards
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred

• Mercedes-Benz or luxury automotive dealership experience
• Manufacturer certifications
• ASE certifications
• Advanced electrical and diagnostic experience
• High-volume dealership experience
