Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic required
- Subaru and/or ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain certifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills
- Ability to thrive in a flat-rate performance environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles as well as other makes and models efficiently and accurately
- Perform a variety of automotive services, including brake repairs, suspension work, engine diagnostics and repair, alignments, and general maintenance
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
- Adhere to all manufacturer guidelines, dealership policies, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle conditions and repair recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
