A Message from the Owner

If you’re just looking for another job, this probably isn’t for you.

Whether you’re already an A-Level technician or working toward becoming one — and you know your value, this is for you.

I know what it feels like to give everything you have to a shop that doesn’t appreciate you. In 2013, I realized I was working in a place that was never going to value me the way I deserved. That day, I made a decision:

If I ever built my own shop, it would be different.

Different standards.
Different culture.
Different expectations.

Today, that decision has grown into high-performing locations; with shops in Denver, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, Broomfield, and soon in Golden!

My name is Ben Burns. We are growing very quickly now — but we refuse to grow at the expense of our people, OR our standards.

Here’s what we believe:

• Top technicians deserve top compensation
• Great technicians should never be limited by their equipment
• Culture is built intentionally
• Accountability goes both ways
• Appreciation should be shown, not assumed

Are we perfect? No.

Are we serious about being one of the best places in the industry to work? Absolutely.

We are looking for high-level technicians who:

• Take pride in their craft
• Move with urgency
• Support their team
• Want to continue learning and improving
• Refuse to be average

If you’re interested in coasting, this won’t be a fit.

If you’re driven, competitive, and want to be part of a team that operates at a high level — you’ll fit right in.

Compensation & Benefits

We pay very well — because high performance deserves it.

• 401(k) with company match
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Company-paid life insurance
• Paid vacation
• Paid certifications
• Professional development support
• Company-paid chiropractic care
• Employee discounts
• No weekends — ever

We are building something special. Not average. Not typical.

If you’re ready to up your environment, your income, and your career. Work somewhere the front and back house work as a team.

Apply so that we can talk.
