$30 to $45 an hour, paid on a schedule you can count on.

YOUR DAY

You walk in at 7:30. The shop is clean because we keep it that way. Morning huddle, coffee, a real conversation with the advisor about the day's work.

By 8 you're under the hood of a Toyota Camry that's been in the family for ten years. You diagnose it right the first time, not on the third comeback. You explain the fix to the advisor in plain English so the customer hears the truth, not a sales pitch.

By 5:30 you're clocked out. You drive home knowing your weekend is yours. Saturday morning is your kid's game. Sunday is your couch and your dog. Friday afternoon is the team cookout in the shop yard.

You don't dread Mondays anymore, because the shop you go to on Monday is the same shop, with the same owners, doing the same honest work it did last Monday. And the Monday before that.

THE PROCESS

1. Apply. Five minutes.
2. Phone call with Mark, our owner. Fifteen minutes, this week.
3. In-person shop tour and working interview. One to two hours, next week.
4. Written offer. Within 48 hours.
