What You'll Be Doing

• Perform vehicle repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, engine, transmission, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform maintenance services and warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct road tests when necessary to verify repairs and diagnose concerns.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools efficiently.
• Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Complete repair orders accurately and within established time guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current with Subaru technology and repair procedures through ongoing training.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for technicians who are:

• Passionate about automotive repair and quality workmanship.
• Graduates of an automotive technical or vocational training program.
• Experienced in automotive repair (dealership experience preferred but not required).
• ASE Certified or willing to obtain certifications.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Comfortable using computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Team players who communicate effectively with coworkers and Service Advisors.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to continuous learning.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.
