Job Details:
We are that shop and we are looking for a Technician who has experience, wants to learn labscope capabilities when testing, has goals for hours turned- we provide high wages for hours turned!
- We have two master technicians on staff that provide training and assistance learning a new testing procedure or testing strategy, along with training on lab scope if needed. They both love our shop and more than willing to share information they know with those who wish to learn. We will set a growth plan together with you to reach your career goals.
- We help with your development both professionally and personally and meet regularly to find ways to help.
- We ensure equipment is updated and the manager is quick to respond to failures.
- We have updated tools that make you more efficient (4 Snap-on diagnostic machines with screens, 3 information systems to pull technical data/wiring diagrams, Top Dons-2, Pico lab scope, 2 a/c machines, 2 trans exchange machines, ADAS calibration tool, Snap-on transmission jack, and so much more).
- We provide $100 a month for your own personal tool purchases, we have extensive tools available to you, and the shop buys most major tooling.
- We provide bonus' for work done that meets or exceeds the goals-the higher the goal the higher the bonus'.
