What Youll Do
As an Automotive Technician, you will help drive the continued success of Valvoline by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service on diesel vehicles. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance on their diesel vehicle to keep it serviced and safe on the road.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative services, including annual inspections as needed with a high level of autonomy • Run diagnostic tests to perform proper repairs/replacement • Assist in the training of new employees as needed • Pick up/deliver customer vehicles and/or parts, including test driving vehicles before/after repair when needed • Greet customers and communicate in a professional manner • Abide by all company policies • Open and close the service center
