Company Overview & Job Description


Van Meter Auto is a full-service automotive repair shop located on the boarder of Mantua & Wenonah New Jersey for the last 20+ years. Services range from basic maintenance to high level diagnostics and repairs, servicing company fleets and local customers. Van Meter Auto is looking to add a mechanic ranging from every level (A, B, & C Technicians). Qualified candidates must have a strong education and experience in auto repair or willing to learn. Employees have every opportunity to learn and advance their skill set and pay grade.


Responsibilities


· General housekeeping of personal area


· Practice general safety


· Ability to work efficiently as a team or independently


· Keep detailed notes of repairs and diagnostics


· Provide your own set of basic tools


Qualifications


· Experience (minimum 1 year) or education/training


· High School diploma or equivalent


· Valid Driver’s License


Compensation & Benefits


· $20.00-$40.00/hour


· Depending on candidate’s skill set we offer a flat rate and hourly/bonus programs.
