What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Technician, you will:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, engine, and drivability concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify service recommendations
• Use advanced diagnostic software and manufacturer repair systems
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive technician experience (Nissan experience preferred)
• Nissan certifications or Master Technician certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
