Empire Automotive Group is seeking a certified Automotive Master or A‑Level Technician with strong dealership experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Your Daily Work Schedule:

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional. repairs.
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

 Qualities we’re looking for: 

• Technician experience at an automotive dealership is a must.
• Master or A-level Mazda experience with ASE
• Master or A-level Tech in competitive manufacturing brands  
• Strong understanding of the service drive.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
