Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong background in Toyota/Lexus repair preferred
Proven diagnostic ability (engine performance, electrical, drivability)
Experience with major repairs (timing components, head gaskets, suspension, brakes)
Familiarity with scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Own tools required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and stay productive
Preferred Qualifications
Toyota or Lexus dealership experience
ASE certifications
Hybrid system experience
Advanced electrical/CAN network diagnostics
Diagnose engine performance, electrical, and drivability issues
Perform repairs on Toyota & Lexus vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
Complete major repairs (timing components, head gaskets, water pumps, suspension, brakes)
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify root causes of issues
Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment effectively (OEM or advanced aftermarket)
Document findings and communicate needed repairs clearly
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Follow shop processes and ensure quality control on all work completed
