Responsibilities:

Expertly perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicle makes and models
Conduct routine maintenance and precise repairs to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently
Replace or repair essential vehicle components such as brakes, suspension systems, and engines with accuracy and care
Perform thorough vehicle inspections and effectively communicate recommended repairs to customers with transparency and confidence
Utilize advanced dealership software and diagnostic tools to ensure comprehensive and accurate assessments
Stay current on the latest vehicle technologies through ongoing training and professional development
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, upholding our high standards of professionalism

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive service technician
Honda Certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
Proficiency using dealership software and diagnostic equipment
Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
