What You'll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy in line with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced shop environment
- Communicate clearly with the parts department to secure necessary components
- Document all work performed with accuracy
- Attend factory-sponsored training and stay current with industry advancements
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience (dealership experience a plus)
- ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills for repair documentation and communication
