Job Details:
Monday through Friday, full-time schedule.
Two lifts per tech, structured workflow, minimal chaos by design.
We move fast during business hours but there's a system behind it.
Most days you're out before 4:30 if the week's goals are hit.
Pay is performance-based with an individual production component and a team bonus built in.
We don't need to lock our tool boxes, and that tells you something about who works here.
What We're Looking For:
Three or more years as an automotive technician.
General repair, maintenance, and diagnostics experience is the foundation.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team matter just as much as your technical skills.
Requirements:
3+ years of automotive technician experience.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
40 units per week minimum production.
Valid driver's license.
Full-time Monday through Friday availability.
