Role Description The Automotive Technician role is an on-site position located in the United States, working within one of BSRO’s retail brands. In this role, the technician performs routine maintenance and repair services, including tire installation and repair, oil changes, brake services, alignments, battery replacement, and other general automotive diagnostics. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, accurately identifying mechanical issues, following manufacturer and company repair procedures, and documenting work performed in a clear and timely manner. The technician collaborates with service advisors and store leadership to prioritize work, uphold safety standards, and deliver a positive experience for every customer. This position also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, using proper tools and equipment, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technologies and BSRO service standards.
