What We Are Looking For
Strong automotive diagnostic and repair abilities
Dependable, organized and productive
Willing to take on a variety of work
Creative problem-solving skills
Thorough documentation of inspections and repairs
Ability to work well with advisors, parts and other technicians
Previous dealership or independent repair-shop experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and personal tools required
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
Perform inspections, maintenance and recommended repairs
Accurately document findings, causes and corrections
Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Communicate needed parts and additional repairs clearly
Help maintain a clean, organized and professional shop
Work with the team to keep repair orders moving and vehicles completed on time
