Responsibilities:
- Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.
- Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
- Communicate with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Follow and promote the dealership’s high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- High School Diploma or GED years of automotive technician experience
- 1-2 years dealership experience, luxury preferred
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Valid driver’s license and state inspection license
