What You’ll Do
You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work while supporting a professional dealership service department focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs accurately and efficiently
- Identify mechanical and electrical concerns using proper diagnostic procedures and equipment
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and team members regarding repair progress and recommendations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records
- Participate in manufacturer, vendor, and dealership training programs
- Contribute positively to the workflow and performance of the service department
- Maintain professionalism and accountability throughout all repair processes
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and diagnostic ability

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- 2–5 years of automotive technician or repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, maintenance, and repair skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Motivated to continue learning and growing within the automotive industry
- Valid driver’s license required
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Desire to grow inside a professional dealership environment
Compensation & Opportunity
Compensation varies based on technician level, certifications, and experience.
- Express Technicians: approximately $19–22/hour
- C-Level Technicians: approximately $22–26/hour
- B-Level Technicians: approximately $26–30/hour
- Flat-rate opportunities available for higher-level technicians
