What You’ll Do

You’ll be hands-on across a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Advanced diagnostics using OEM scan tools and modern diagnostic platforms

• Electrical system troubleshooting

• Mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, engine performance, and drivability work

• Following OEM procedures and documenting findings accurately

• Collaborating with senior techs on complex repairs

• Completing routine maintenance when needed to support shop flow

• Participating in ongoing training and skill development

• Maintaining a clean, organized, professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a foundation in diagnostics or a desire to advance

• Prior experience in an automotive shop or relevant technical coursework

• Solid understanding of safety practices and shop standards

• A team-first mentality and good communication skills

• Commitment to growing within a dealership environment — we want techs who see this as a long-term career, not a temporary stop
