What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers safe and on the road by:
- Diagnosing issues using computerized diagnostic tools.
- Performing routine maintenance: oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations.
- Repairing mechanical/electronic components: brakes, sensors, ignitions.
- Conducting vehicle inspections, test drives, and road tests.
- Communicating clearly with teammates (and sometimes customers) to keep things flowing.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Skills & Experience: Experienced in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs.
- Certifications: ASE certification or vocational training preferred—but your skill matters most.
- Soft Traits: Dependable, honest, clean, and respectful.
- Team Player: Willing to support others, help maintain a positive shop environment.
- Driver Requirements: Clean driving record; pass background check.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift ~50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
