Requirements:

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Virginia State Inspector License preferred but not required

• Volvo experience not required. We will train the right candidate

• Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record 

• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

• ASE certifications are a plus

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately

• Perform maintenance and repair services

• Complete digital multi point vehicle inspections

• Communicate findings clearly through inspection reports

• Maintain Volvo training and certification requirements

• Work collaboratively with service advisors and teammates

• Keep a clean and safe work environment
