 About the Position

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Tire Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our customers safe on the road by providing quality tire services in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
  • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
  • Ensure proper installation and torque procedures are followed
  • Perform basic maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow shop safety standards and company procedures
  • Communicate service recommendations to team members and customers

 

 What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Tire & Lube Technician (preferred but not required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time‑management and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
  • Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment (heat/cold, noise, etc.)
