Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team in Ft Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing vehicle titles, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with state regulations. This role requires strong knowledge of automotive title procedures and excellent communication skills to coordinate with dealerships, customers, and government agencies.
Responsibilities - Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles and related documents.
- Verify accuracy of information on titles and registration paperwork.
- Submit title applications and ensure timely processing with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and correspondence.
- Communicate with dealerships, customers, and state agencies to resolve title issues.
- Stay updated on state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations.
- Assist with lien filings and releases as necessary.
Qualifications - Proven experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive title and registration processes.
- Familiarity with DMV procedures and state regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
