Automotive Title Clerk - Full Time

Our Client, Greensboro Auto Auction is the South's leading independent, dealer exclusive auto auction. Greensboro Auto Auction, also known as GAA, is locally owned and operated. We are currently recruiting for a full time Automotive Title Clerk. This position works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. DUTIES

Responsible for processing legal documents related to vehicle sale transactions.
Comprehensive knowledge of DMV procedures regarding transfer of vehicle titles.
Assist customers with questions regarding the issuance of titles and tags.
Enter information into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Title experience is a MUST. (DMV or auto dealership a plus)
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have current North Carolina Notary Public.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
