You'll be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed paperwork, and being an essential part of a collaborative office team.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who brings:Prior administrative or office experience (automotive title experience strongly preferred)At least 1 year of dealership title experience (preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate)Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-throughComfort working with accounting software and dealership systemsAbility to efficiently manage a high volume of paperworkExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds systems (a plus)Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindsetFlexibility and reliability in a professional office settingIf you're organized, dependable, and enjoy contributing to a team's success, you'll fit right in.Why Join Sunset?We believe our employees are our greatest asset.
