Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Finance Manager who excels in creating exceptional customer experiences. If you have at least three years of franchise experience in an Automotive Finance environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives
• Effectively present extended service contracts and protection programs using the menu selling process
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Salespeople to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
• Act as a critical link between customers, the dealership, and lenders
