Job Description

The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all transportation-related operations in support of the Sales and Service departments. 

1. Manage all transportation activities supporting the Sales Department, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle movement

2. Supervise, schedule, and coordinate transport drivers to optimize productivity and coverage 

3. Coordinate internal dealer trades, vehicle shipping, and third-party transport logistics 

4. Schedule service appointments for Ultra Luxury Service Advisors, ensuring a high-touch client experience 

5. Oversee all vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, including preparation and accuracy of required documentation 

6. Maintain and manage the transportation calendar to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper resource allocation 

7. Ensure driver logbooks are properly maintained and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements 

8. Administer vehicle loaner program, including agreements, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintenance tracking 

9. Schedule and execute transportation services in compliance with all safety standards and company protocols 

10. Manage transportation invoicing and maintain detailed and organized scheduling records 

11. Remain current on all required manufacturer training and ensure ongoing compliance

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of cities and geography throughout the State of Florida 

• Ability to provide exceptional, white-glove customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders 

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and all levels of management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Maintain a polished, professional image at all times
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs
• Commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED required
• College degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years in automotive dealerships
• 3-5 years’ experience working in logistics, preferably in the state of Florida
• Leadership experience scheduling 2-5 team members
• High level of organization skills
• Preferred experience dealing with high-net-worth clientele
• 2-year minimum working with Microsoft Outlook, Calander, & Excel
• CDK experience highly preferred
• Adobe experience 1 year minimum 

• Valid in-state Driver's license clean driving record.
