Bell Audi is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Used Car Assistant to support our fast-paced Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the automotive industry and wants to grow their career with a respected luxury dealership.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with all day-to-day operations of the Used Vehicle Department
  
• Coordinate vehicle inventory and ensure units are properly tracked
  
• Help manage vehicle reconditioning and service timelines
  
• Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory
  
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and documentation
  
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management teams
  
• Assist with pricing updates, merchandising, and lot organization
  
• Support title, registration, and vehicle paperwork as needed
  
• Help ensure vehicles are frontline ready for sale
  
• Perform additional administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
  

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Professional communication skills
  
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
  
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monday–Friday Schedule (No Weekends)
  
• $50,000 Annual Salary
