The Five Star Automotive Group in Warner Robins, GA is hiring an Experienced Used Car Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a dealership environment specifically in Used Cars
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
